COMPANY MATCHING GIFTS PROGRAM

How It Works

Many companies and employers have matching gift programs

that match employee donations to a favorite charity. Beckman High School PTO, a non-profit educational charity, is a 501(c)(3) corporation and is eligible for matching gift contributions.

Ask your HR department if your company participates in matching gift programs.

Here is how it usually works:

1. Check with your company’s human resources or payroll department to see if it offers a matching gift program. You can also check HERE to see if your company offers such programs.

2. Obtain a matching gift form from your company’s human resources or payroll department.

3. Follow your company’s protocol on submitting your funds by filling out the appropriate forms to ensure that the match is donated. Your company may request a copy of an IRS letter 501(c)3. Contact Beckmanhspto@gmail.com  for a copy of this letter.  

4. Please contact us to let us know the amount of your contribution, so we can look out for your company’s matching donation.
